11-15-07 Update for New SWE Members
SWE Headquarters is backed up with new member registrations and they have estimated that it will take 3 weeks to process these applications. For new members that do not currently have ID numbers, please register use “Pending” as the Member ID Number. Email buswe2008@swe.org with the numbers when they arrive.

2. Choose your registration type, see list below.

3. Register and Pay Online by credit card (either Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).

1. You must be a registered SWE National Member in order to attend the 2008 Region H Conference, except for Corporate Representatives and Seminar Speakers. This number will be used to verify that all participants are registered Region H members. If not a member or you do not remember your SWE Member ID number, please go to www.swe.org.

2. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellation. Registering for this conference is a financial obligation whether you attend or not. Substitutions are permitted as long as notice is given prior to the conference dates. There will be no on-site registration.

3. There are no registration limitations, as far as, number of participants from each school or professional section.

4. Keep in mind that Tours and the Career Fair occur during Session time slots. Also, pay close attention to tour run times because some tours overlap both the 3rd and 4th Sessions.

Conference Registration with Hotel: 4 per room (STUDENTS ONLY)
• Fee: $35.00
• Includes: 2 nights at the Hotel Pere Marquette, all networking events and Saturday Programming
• Participants who register under the Student Rate will be placed four to a room by gender(preferably by collegiate section).


Conference Registration with Hotel: 2 per room
• Fee: $125.00
• Includes: 2 nights at the Hotel Pere Marquette, all networking events and Saturday Programming


Conference Registration with Hotel: 1 per room
• Fee: $200.00
• Includes: 2 nights at the Hotel Pere Marquette, all networking events and Saturday Programming


Conference Registration ONLY
• Fee: $50.00
• Includes: All networking events and Saturday Programming
• HOTEL IS NOT INCLUDED


Corporate Representatives
• No fee
• Includes: All networking events and Saturday Programming
• Hotel NOT included
• These representative slots are based on committed level of sponsorship.
